Ogacheko Anthony Omalle is a backend-focused software developer and technology leader with extensive experience in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications and digital platforms. As Head of Development at Brainbench Technology Ltd, he leads the architecture, customisation, and implementation of enterprise-grade solutions, particularly within the education and institutional technology space.
With over a decade of professional experience, Anthony has played a key role in the development of robust school management and portal systems, including large-scale deployments such as PortalPro+. His technical expertise spans Python/Django, Node.js/Express, PHP/MySQL, database architecture, API development, system optimisation, and backend infrastructure management.
Journey so far
Beyond software engineering, he is actively involved in technical training, developer mentorship, and capacity building. He has designed and delivered structured training programmes in programming, backend development, database systems, and productivity technologies for students, interns, and institutional staff. His practical and solution-driven approach has contributed significantly to successful technology adoption across multiple organisations.
Anthony is recognised for his ability to translate complex operational requirements into efficient, maintainable, and user-focused software solutions. His work combines technical depth with strong leadership, problem-solving, and collaboration skills, making him an integral part of Brainbench Technology’s innovation and development team.
He is a certified Digital Skills Trainer and holds certifications from the Computer Professionals Registration Council of Nigeria, Cisco Networking Academy, and the Metropolitan School of Business and Management. He was also recognised as the “Most Impactful Staff” at the 2025 Brainbench End-of-Year Awards.
